FatMan here. This picture was taken 7/14/2007 and this text was written 7/16/07. I recap last weeks results (which were pretty good) and predict this weeks loss. My goal last week was to lose 10 pounds. I ended up losing 6 lbs which was pretty good considering that I hurt my back 7/7/07 and it got to where I was flat out for a few days not able to do any exercise. Here on 7/16 it is still hurting. and I am still doing very little exercise. Oh well as they say stuff happens. Although  to me my picture this week looks the same as last week I was able to lose 4.5" off my total measurements this week. I even cinched in my belt another slot on my dress slacks (that makes two slots in two weeks).  I now have all of my pictures up in the member area so you can better follow my week to week body reshaping.

For this week I have much milder goals. I would love to lose 4 lbs and get down to 220 lbs but more realistically I will be happy if I just maintain my weight or lose 1-2 lbs. I am transitioning off a very restrictive calorie diet and going back to a more liberal eating plan that will focus on "off the shelf" meals from the local grocery store. I will continue to "pay my DEWS" and as I move toward my final goal weight of 175 lbs.
