FatMan here. This text was written on 11/09/2007 and edited on 11/12/2007. The picture was taken on Monday 11/12/2007 (bad hair day for sure). I was at 181 on Friday but after a long weekend at Nana's (my mother) I seemed to have "picked up" a few pounds. 3 to be exact. This is not exactly the best time for me to be GAINING weight. I guess that I will just have to bear down these next few weeks and see if I can recover. To say that I had a a pretty bad weight loss week would be an understatement. Not only did I not make any real progress toward my final weight of 175 pounds but I didn't really get on track diet wise. Now I am faced with 14 days of real strict dieting to make sure that I reach my goal on time. It seems like I just do not know how to do anything the "easy" way. But, rather than beat myself up for lack of progress, I am going to look forward to 2 positive weeks of weight loss. That should put me a 175 or below even if I AM battling a weight loss plateau.
I might have to add in some additional workouts or some other diet modifications but I overall things still look good. I basically took last week off with only a little over 2 weeks left so I guess  am pretty confident.

I guess it was getting in those size 34 jeans that got my to thinking I had arrived, lol. Well you can just never let up when you are trying to lose weight. It is so easy to go back to your old eating habits and routines.

After I get to 175 I am really interested in how I am going to maintain my weight.
That will be the next big step for me. Losing weight and keeping it lost.
