FatMan here. This picture was taken/text written on 9/1/2007. I am now at 205 pounds good for a total loss of 50 pounds. Normally I would give myself a "reward meal" but I floundered last week and struggled to maintain my weight. I am not punishing myself, but I want to keep pushing with my diet to stay ahead of my weight loss curve and make sure I meet my final goal. I now have less than 3 months left. It is odd now that 3 months seems like a short time when 93 days ago 180 days seemed like an eternity. I have continued to exercise and have now incorporated both anaerobic as well as aerobic exercises. (Big words that mean I am jogging and lifting weights). As far as my next big goal of 195 pounds on 9/15 I now have 15 days to lose 10 pounds. My goal to lose 80 pounds in 180 days is really starting to get interesting. Where before I always felt like I was ahead of my diet curve now I am feeling a real sense of urgency. Nothing like a hard deadline to motivate you right?

It is defintely "rubber meets the road" time. 195 here I come! Enough about me, what about YOU? Fat, Tired and Sluggish is no way to go through life (sorry Animal House).
