FatMan here. This picture was taken/text written on 8/18/2007. I am now at 210 pounds. That is a total loss of 45 pounds. Soon I will have lost my age (47 lbs). I am feeling great today. This week I worked out harder than I have all during my weight loss journey. I also was on a strict diet. As a result I lost 3 inches from my total measurements. This puts me at 31 total inches lost in 79 days. As I was reviewing my goal to be at 200 pounds by 9/1/2007 I was thinking how aggressive that is. I guess we will see how it works out. I also noticed that I am not real good at predicting my weight loss from week to week.

My main concern for next week is to stay on my diet and lose some more weight. I think that I can be at 205 by this time next week or 8/25/07. I also want to keep up my workouts. I can really notice a change in my body after only a week of workouts. I feel "tighter", which is good. I have several problem areas to address (man boobs, waist flab) that consistent workouts will really help with. My leg is still somewhat numb and I have to watch it when I jog but it feels good (in a weird way) to push myself exercising. All is all I am satisfied and "enjoying the journey".
