FatMan here. This picture was taken/text written on Saturday 9/29/2007. I am now down to 190 pounds. This picture looks just about the same as last weeks picture. I had another fantastic weight loss week. I lost 5 pounds and am now within 15 pounds of my goal. And I still have 60 days left to get there!!! I really worked out hard this week and also limited my food intake. It was a real grind it out week for me. I am happy that things are progressing as they are. My goal appears to be well within my grasp. The fact that I am exercising more frequently, harder, and with greater variety is helping to keep my motivated and focused on my goal. I am still eating just one meal a day but now I have added some whey protein as a supplement to my diet. I am using it after hard chest (pec) workouts to see if I can build some more muscle mass and help reduce/replace my "man boobs". Last week I lost a whopping 6.25" on my total measurements. This week, for the first time since I started my weight loss journey I did not lose any inches. In fact I GAINED 1/2". But I'm not worried. The 1/2" was added to my Bicep measurement. I' ll take that increase ANY DAY! This also concludes Month 4. For the month I have lost a total of 10.75" and 16 pounds. Those are some nice results for the fourth month of a long term weight loss program. It shows weight loss consistency. The worst thing about my weight loss so far is my neck skin. It continues to look saggier and saggier with each additional pound I lose.
